What is Right with People

Brianna Campbell asks the question:

“What would happen if we thought about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?” Her fresh perspective about leadership is the catalyst of our conversation about organizational culture. She knows that the more positive the culture we are in, in our work – and in our personal lives as well – the better, more content, and enthusiastic we will be. We embrace that approach, too. 

Today is the first day of Black History Month and we are reminded to continue to listen to those voices that have often been silenced, those who have fresh perspectives, and those who have much value to offer the world.  May we all work towards seeing what is right with people rather than what is wrong.
