The Someone To Tell It To Podcast

with Tom Kaden and Michael Gingerich

Our mission is to “cultivate meaningful connections through compassionate listening and train others to do the same,” and we discuss both aspects—listening and training—here.

We are so excited to share these rich conversations with you.

LATEST EPISODE: SEASON 3, EPISODE 8: February 16, 2021

The Components of Healthy Friendships

Kat Vellos is a prolific writer and speaker on the topic of friendships. Intimate friends share each other’s experiences and in some ways, they inhabit each other’s lives. They often have similar viewpoints and values, and they may share similar backgrounds and traditions. They witness the milestones and unexpected changes of life, the highs and lows, celebrations and sadness.

In this hyperconnected world we live in today we may be more disconnected than ever before. Yet, we believe one of the greatest antidotes to loneliness is friendship. Kat offers helpful wisdom to foster healthy friendships because friendship isn’t something that is taught in school (but perhaps it should be!).
