I Listen, Therefore You Are

Marc Wong of Hong Kong and New York City, first learned about listening when he volunteered at a telephone crisis center more than 20 years ago.  Since then he has been passionate about the subject.  He decided a few years ago to give up his financially secure job configuring firewalls, for the privilege of speaking and writing about listening.  His passion for listening quickly turned into a mission.  You’ll learn a lot from our conversation with him!
